I was in a jam when my Serato box got stolen at my last gig. They were fast with shipping and everything was perfect with my new SL2! I couldn't have received better customer service as the people running the company are DJs too and they totally understood my situation!!! I had no probs, further more I am always ordering gear from them in the future. THANX DJ DEPOT
